Terms of Service

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.

The Platform uses virtual coins that may be purchased or earned through promotional activities.

Coins:

• Have no cash value unless expressly stated by the Platform.
• Are licensed for use within the Platform only.
• Are not bank deposits, investments, or financial products.
• May not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or traded between users unless explicitly permitted by the Platform.

The Platform may modify coin values, earning mechanisms, or redemption options at any time.

All coin purchases are final. Except where required by applicable law:

• Purchased coins are non-refundable.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coins cannot be redeemed for monetary value.

Accidental purchases, unused coins, inactivity, dissatisfaction, or changes in user circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

If a technical error results in coins not being credited after successful payment, we may investigate and, where appropriate, credit the missing coins.

Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, reversed payments, or payment disputes may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated coins.

Participation in auctions requires coins. The Platform may:

• Set or modify auction rules.
• Cancel, postpone, or restart auctions due to technical or operational issues.
• Verify winners before prize fulfillment.

Winning an auction does not guarantee immediate delivery. Additional verification may be required. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes obtained through fraud, abuse, system manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

Mystery boxes, challenges, promotions, and reward activities are offered for entertainment and promotional purposes. The Platform may:

• Adjust reward structures.
• Modify availability.
• Suspend or discontinue features without notice.

Rewards are subject to verification and eligibility requirements.

Users may participate in the referral program subject to the following conditions:

• Referral commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions.
• Referral earnings are calculated according to the rules published by the Platform.
• Referral earnings are limited to the stated earning period following referral registration.
• Referral commissions may be subject to minimum payout thresholds.
• Referral earnings may be adjusted, delayed, or withheld pending verification.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Identity fraud.
• Device manipulation.
• Payment fraud.
• Any attempt to artificially generate commissions.

We reserve the right to reverse commissions, withhold payments, suspend accounts, and recover funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

VIP memberships are subscription-based services providing access to certain features and benefits.

VIP benefits:

• May change over time.
• Are non-transferable.
• Do not guarantee prizes, earnings, or success in auctions.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prizes may include vouchers, gift cards, promotional items, merchandise, or other rewards.

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Substitute prizes of equivalent value.
• Request identity verification before fulfillment.
• Refuse fulfillment where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Users may not:

• Exploit bugs or technical errors.
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized software.
• Manipulate auctions or reward systems.
• Engage in money laundering or fraudulent payment activity.
• Harass other users or staff.

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension.
• Account termination.
• Loss of coins.
• Cancellation of winnings.
• Referral commission forfeiture.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits.
• Lost opportunities.
• Service interruptions.
• Technical failures.
• Delayed prize delivery.
• User errors.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Platform during the preceding three months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion where:

• Fraud is suspected.
• These Terms are violated.
• Legal or regulatory obligations require action.
• Continued access may harm the Platform or other users.

We may modify:

• Features.
• Rewards.
• Coin systems.
• Referral programs.
• VIP benefits.
• Auction structures.

Changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to operate the service, verify transactions, prevent fraud, and fulfill rewards.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Platform is operated, unless otherwise required by law.

By creating an account, purchasing coins, participating in auctions, opening mystery boxes, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
