Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Shukisha referral program you must have an active account in good standing. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to game the system will result in disqualification and forfeiture of earnings.

2. Commission structure

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the coins a referred user tops up into their account. The percentage depends on your current tier:

• Starter (0–4 referrals): 5% commission on referral topups.
• Champion (5+ referrals): 10% commission on referral topups.
• VIP bonus: +2% on top of your tier rate.

3. Earning window

You earn commission on a referral's topups for 90 days from the date they sign up using your code. After 90 days, no further commission is generated from that user.

4. Payout schedule

Payouts are processed on the 28th of each month. Your available balance at the time of the payout is transferred to your linked withdrawal method. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

5. Pending commissions

Commissions may remain in a pending state for up to 30 days after a qualifying topup to allow for chargeback or fraud review. Pending commissions are not included in your available balance until they clear.

6. Program changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where significant, communicated by email.
